My name is Amy, I'm often in the dealership for oil changes and/or new cars. I've just recently bought my third car from you (since 2005) and I just wanted to let you know that the staff you have in your building is amazing!
They are always helpful, courteous and friendly, they make me feel like I'm family and that makes every visit a great experience.
I often deal with Brent in sales, Shawn in finance and Lindsay in the shop; Brent is pretty much family now, I've spent hours on the phone, in the office and in the parking lot looking at cars with him and I have to say that his patience is impressive. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that I get exactly what I want, he a great asset to your team.
Lindsay is always informative when I have car questions and always has something nice or funny to say, he makes my day!
Shawn is a genius, he can always find out what I need to know and can make whatever car I pick affordable by picking a great bank with a great interest rate. He is always smiling and fun.
The remainder of your staff are always stopping to talk to me and I have to say, that when I go somewhere else for an oil change, I miss you guys, I'd like to wish you and your team a great holiday season and new year and look forward to seeing you all soon!

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for turning my wife's fender bender into an almost a pleasant experience. Daryl was the most courteous and professional person I contacted regarding the quotes . My insurance chose someone else to carry the repair & I had to wait a few weeks to get the repair done, and the company's feedback and communication left lots to be desired. Remembering Daryl's professionalism, I contacted him and switched collision centers on my own . The job was done within a week and with many messages from Daryl I knew what was going on with my vehicle on daily basis. Also, getting the rental (through your office) was seamless and easy. Dear Sam, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation, and acknowledge the staff in the Service Department, for the excellent service I received on my last visit to Wellington Motors. My '98 Dodge 2500 (it's almost as old as me) needed the usual oil change and routine check over and had developed a 'vibration' that I wished to have fixed before it became a real problem. I wasn't too helpful in the diagnosis and left it their hands to find the problem and get it fixed. Ezio, along with his staff, reviewed numerous possibilities and performed a number of adjustments, installed new parts as needed and rebalanced the drive shaft. It was a long tedious and frustrating process for them, but in the end, the vibration was gone and the truck run the best it has in a long time. I was extremely pleased with the results. And I felt the final invoice was very fair for the work and time involved. I have been a customer of Wellington Motors for over 20 years, and my family has purchased a number of vehicles with follow up service over that time period. I've always enjoyed courteous, friendly and fair service. I should add, Phil, John, Lindsay or Dean have always kept me informed about what was happening, even when the news wasn't always good. I've always trusted the staff with their diagnosis and recommendations and was/am very comfortable in this regard. I very much appreciated this element of their service. From my 'previous life' I'm well aware that in dealing with the public, it can be very frustrating sometimes and you usually only hear the 'gripes' and the negatives. Thus my note to you, and Wellington Motors, is in a positive sense to acknowledge the good service you provide. I'm quite confident that Wellington Motors has received numerous similar acknowledgements in the past, and I'm pleased to add another one at this time. Please feel free to share this with any staff. I have been a faithful customer of Wellington Motor's service department for approximately 7 years. I have had the pleasure of dealing several of your service employees and in particular, Lindsay. The service was that your business has provided over the years has given me renewed confidence in owning Chrysler's products. Currently, my wife and I own a Dodge Grand Caravan and a Plymouth Breeze. Mr. Lindsay has shown that he will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. He has always performed his duties in a friendly and professional manner and has a unique ability to make his customers feel special. Truly, Mr. Lindsay is the reason why one year ago I chose a Chrysler product (Dodge Grand Caravan) because I had the privilege of dealing with him and the whole Wellington Motor service department.Lindsay should be recognized for a job well done and is a credit to the whole team at Wellington Motors.

About 8 years ago, I bought a used 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel from Wellington Motors. Ray Urysty was the sales representative I dealt with. Ray was friendly, informative and not at all pushy. Over the eight intervening years, I took the truck faithfully to Wellington Motors for service and enjoyed friendly courteous treatment from the service staff.
When the truck started to cost too much to run, I went looking for a new, more fuel efficient vehicle. I looked at many brands then finished my search at Wellington Motors and who should I find still there and still friendly as ever...Ray Urysty. Ray discussed the other makes I had been looking at in a non patronizing way with knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for. (He probes very gently, but comes away with a good understanding of the customer's need). He suggested a Jeep Patriot, which I had considered, but thought too expensive. He took the time to crunch numbers and to expedite a price for my trade in. In the end, we struck a deal and I left with a vehicle I am quite fond of.
But that's not the end. Ray has been in contact with me at least 6 times since January when I purchased the car to check that everything was ok and that I was happy with the vehicle. I'm sure that by the time I need another vehicle, both Ray and I will be retired, but if he came out of retirement for the occasion, I'd buy another vehicle from him.
